Knollwood Self Storage offers a variety of unit sizes, as well as parking spaces for cars, boats, and RVs. We rent Budget moving trucks on-site and offer dollies to help you maneuver your belongings into your unit. We also provide climate-controlled storage units, perfect for the harsh winters Were located near Sams Club and Methodist Hospital. - There is a 12 utility fee monthly in addition to your monthly rent when renting a temperature controlled space -All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase -Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title -37.00 admin fee every rental -Outdoor parking there is an additional 32.00 outdoor management fee and 12.00 tag fee non refundable -Electricity is an additional charge and available only on select spaces
